Italian ❤️ = 🍝 : A’s Week

What were you grateful for this week? Emergen-C vitamin packs 😂

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week? Caught a sore throat this week which always puts a damper things.

Tell us about a "wow" moment you had this week.  Me and S made some bomb snickerdoodles. Supposedly cinnamon isn't a spice often uses but I've been showing my family why it's the best for yummy treats!

Tell us about your week!  Thankfully it started warming up a little bit this week. We still had a lot of rain but didn't stop me from enjoying the few days we had sun. One of my favourite parts of the week was yesterday we actually met up with some extended family for a Sunday lunch.

The family member owns a restaurants so we got to try out a lot of the dishes that they serve there. All the food was super great but I ate so much I got a stomachache after. My host father was laughing at me and joked that all I'd want to have for the next 3 days is water. And he is right. But all of the pasta and yummy dishes was worth it I don't regret it at all.

If an Italian loves you, they will feed you and I was feeling the love. I even got to try fish eggs for the first time. Then after lunch we got to enjoy the soccer game. It was kind of fun seeing all the fans come into the restaurant to enjoy the game and shout and cheer when the team won. Times like this are the times that I'm really grateful that I get to be a part of the culture and see what the people of the cities do vs just being a tourist coming to see the sights. It’s pretty diffrent than mine but I appreciate it all the more for that.
