What were you grateful for this week? Anzac Day.
What was the most challenging part of this week? Having so much time off and filling it with things to do.
Tell us about a "wow" moment you had this week. Helping out with [my host family’s son] over the weekend even though I was off.
Tell us about your week! This weekend was longer than most mainly because we had two public holidays in one week. Since I was off on Monday me and a few other girls went to new stuff for the day and hung out at the beach and did the national walk at the national park there.
Tuesday and Wednesday I went back to work so of course those days went by pretty fast but then Thursday was Anzac Day which means I had it off. A few other girls and I went downtown to see the parade and then of course we have to go to happy hour that night.
On Friday I went to comedy night and went to the best pizza place ever with one of my really good friends here. We have had those comedy night tickets for almost 2 months so I’m glad we finally got to make it and go.
Saturday was a pretty laid-back boring day but I didn’t go swimming in the morning until I had babysit that night but the boys I babysat for were super good which always makes it better.
On Sunday I went to this place called eat Street which is basically just a street with all different types of food vendors. You can literally get anything that you want for overall a pretty decent price for being in Australia. This week is pretty good can’t wait for next week!
