What was your favorite part of this week?Getting closer with the host family.

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?Getting home from Rome on Monday.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week.We went to the rocks by the seaside and it was beautiful.

Tell us about your week!On Monday it was really hard to get back to my house because instead of being able to go home on Sunday I had to sleep over at Hannah’s host families house because the train from Rome to San Felice circeo doesn’t run on Sundays. So from Hannah’s house I had to take a bus 446 to tram 2 to get to the metro. I had to take the metro line a to get to the metro line b to get to the train station. From the train station I had to get on a train to the fossanova stop, from there I had to take a bus to get to San Felice circeo and from there I my host Mom had to pick me up. So to sum up it is very hard to get around sadly, however it is possible!

But the week with the family was much better than last week! I don’t miss my family as much and the bug bites all over my legs went away! We go to the beach practically everyday which I love. And then when we get home we sometimes swim in the pool! We also went to the rocks by the seaside and it is amazing there! The water is so clear and blue. As for the kids, they are warming up to me more! Me and the 6 year old (M) play a lot of games together and get along really well! The two year old (G) still isn’t very warmed up to me quite yet but we still have more time. The host Mom, dad, and nanny are all extremely nice! And the food here is amazing! Mostly the fruit. It’s going to be hard to go back to Utah’s mediocre produce haha!
