What was your favorite part of this week?My favorite part of the week was when the kids and I played in the water at the beach. Everyone seemed to be so happy and it was fun to have their cousin and his au pair with us.

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?The most difficult part of this week was figuring out how to comfort someone from far away. I had two important people in my life lose something/someone that means everything to them this week so it was a challenge for me to figure out a way to comfort them from miles and miles away.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week. My “wow” moment this week was when the kids and I came home when I was told but their mother wasn’t there so I decided to get the kids showered and ready for dinner by the time she came home.

Tell us about your week!This week was definitely one to remember especially since it is the last full week I have with my host family. I love taking long walks on the beach with V. We started to make it a thing that when we are bored we go on walks on the beach finding seashells, random things that have washed up onto the beach form the sea, taking cool pictures, and having good talks. 

I also really appreciate the alone time I get with G because he is so sweet and caring. My favorite thing is when we are just hanging out and he will reach over just to hold my hand especially when we are walking. These are the moments I will really cherish from this experience.
