Making new friends. 

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?
Trying to get the 4yo daughter to speak English to me. 

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week. 
I work a couple extra hours and helped the son learn how to use all his toys with technology. aka how to use things and connect to bluetooth.

 

Tell us about your week!
This was my first whole week of work! The family and I have learned how to work around each other and have been getting comfortable. The children are learning how to trust me and be okay with me being in their house. I am still trying to learn how to properly discipline them when they step out of line or lash out, but they are also just seeing the limits they can push with me. 

 

I have really enjoyed learning everyone’s personalities and likes, including the parents. It is the sons birthday next week and he is getting very excited about it, and I am learning about his favorite things because of what he is asking everyone for.
