What was your favorite part of this week?I loved seeing the progression Giovanni made with his English. 

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?I was a little sick and I found it difficult to sleep some nights.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week.I keep my room clean. 

Tell us about your week!This week was great! The kids were sick which is unfortunate but it means they stayed home and I got to spend a lot of time with them. I play pirates everday with Giovanni. There is a huge park one block away from my house and walked their most days and laid out a blanket to take a nap or read a book. It is really heating up in Milan so the park is a good place to stay cool and be outside. I travel and explore the city a lot on my own. I always feels safe and I am sure to be careful. My best friend has also come to Italy with Rome Abroad and he arrived this week. It was great to pick him up from the airport and take him around Milan. We saw the Duomo and got gelato. We did not have a lot of time since he needed to go to his family in another area of Italy but we have made plans to go to Pisa together this weekend. I feel so fortunate that I have visited so many places already in Italy and I and super excited to travel even more next week. I will also be traveling to Cannes, France next week with the family! This week was pretty quiet since everyone was sick but it gave us a chance to rest and recharge for all of the adventures we are having next week!
