What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?Knowning how and when I can help my family.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week.I am trying my best to learn the schedule of the house so I can help more with daily tasks.

ell us about your week!

This week was good. I had the oppurtunity to go and visit Stephen in Venturina. The train system in Italy is great and I can travel pretty much anywhere in less than a day and for 50 dollars or less. Once in Venturina we tried to bike to the beach but my bike tipped over and I got some pretty good scrapes so we ended up turning back. Venturina is a lot smaller than Milan but I love it there.

The next morning we caught a super early train to Pisa but hopped off early at Livorno to go to the beach. Once off the train we quickly figured out the bus system and spent a few hours at the sea. Eventually we made it to Pisa and it was only a 5 min walk from the train station to our hostel. Once we checked in and unpacked, we headed for the iconic leaning tower of Pisa. Along our walk we were able to see a lot of the other historic sites in Pisa. The tower definitly lived up to my expections and was amazing to see. That night we also found a cheap sushi place for dinner!

The next day we deicided to catch another train to Lucca. Here we walked around and saw the majority of the historic city. We also found some mint gelato which has been my favorite so far!
