What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?School.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week. Me and the kids made a playlist to dance to. It was very fun.

Tell us about your week!

CIAO!FUN FACTI’ve ridden illegally on a bus 4 times this week bc Idk how to buy a ticket. #BLESS ITALIAN CLASSI started a Beginners Italian class this week. It’s taught in Italian…I think we can all agree that speaking a different language is hard, but it’s kind of gotten to the point that everyone speaking Italian just sounds like my mom talking to me very early in the morning. It should make sense, but it doesn’t. At all.My favorite word so far is Cinque. It means Five. BIKINGI would like to thank the PG biking team for all the time and energy that went into making my thighs steel, teaching me how to re-chain a bike, and adding important words to my vocabulary like Cadence and Presta Valve.I always thought that biking around an Italian city would be really romantic. It is.but it turns out even if it’s romantic, it still hurts your crotch bones. I have been riding to and from class every day for this whole week. If I bike quickly I can make the round trip in 40 minutes; taking my time adds 10-20. I may or may not come home tanner than I left, and I may or may not have skipped church bc I didn’t feel like going on another bike ride. I decided to bike places instead of ride the bus bc ONE: It’s cheaper AND TWO: I can eat more gelato bc of the calories I burn. It’s a win win. ALSO.Father may never again point out that he had to bike as a child to and from school everyday, and that I am spoiled with my car (true) because I now KNOW HIS PAIN.
