Dreaming in Greece: A5’s Week

What were you grateful for this week?Blue water.

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?Catching up on sleep.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week. Helped [my host family’s daughter] when she fell on her bike.

Tell us about your week! This week I joined C and M on the trip to Greece. We started in Santorini and the view were unimaginably beautiful everywhere you walked there was just these lookout points.

We saw the famous domes and did a lot of shopping — a little too much actually! The next day we got to fiera and met up with V and went cliff jumping with a girl who actually lived on the island and drove us down to the shore! The water was so so blue!

The next day we took a ferry ride to Athens! Which I though would not be enjoyable and actually became one of my favorite parts of the whole trip we docked at a few cities and got a glimpse of them and also we got to see little baby islands along the way!

We made it to Athens and C bought her wedding dress where we also met another friend who made hotel reservations and a hotel that overlooked the Acropolis at night! We took a tour of the Acropolis and got a lot of good information and had to book it to our reservation! We walked around Athens at night for a little while but then sadly had to make it back to our hostel which was less than enjoyable but worth it for the amazing experience I had.
