Cooler weather. 

What was the most challenging part of this week?
Moving from Brisbane to Sydney.

I took care of C one evening while my host parents had friends over. 

Tell us about your week! 
What a week it has been! We packed up the house in Brisbane and road tripped to Sydney! It was a long 11ish hour drive! Then the day after we got to Sydney it poured down rain the whole day, so I haven’t done much exploring yet but I’m way excited to start seeing everything! The weather in Sydney is much cooler than Brisbane! It’s also nice because it isn’t as humid! 

 

We moved into an apartment so it’s a bit smaller than the house in Brisbane but it’s all good. Now that we are in Sydney, my host parents like to have their friends over at night so I have been hanging out with them and they are so funny, it’s been a lot of fun so far! 

 

I have about 1 month left in Australia and I can’t believe how fast my time here has gone by! Time flies when your having fun right? C is changing all of the time and she is starting to jabber more and it is just the cutest thing! I’m going to be sad to leave her when I go home!

 

This has been such an awesome experience for me but it has also been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. It’s very challenging to adjust to a different family’s lifestyle. This experience has taught me so much and I’m so excited to learn more about Sydney!
