H’s Week in Mallorca!

What were you grateful for this week?Good health.

What was the most challenging part of this week?Having no friends! I wish I had people to spend time with.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week.I stayed home with the little girl when she was sick. We just cuddled and I told her princess stories all day!

Tell us about your week! This week I had a lot of free time! The kids are involved in a lot of things, basketball, ballet, music, and skateboarding, and so fun each day the schedule is always changing and evolving. I never really know what my day will be like and how much I will work that day until the morning of!

One of my favorite moments this past week was riding my bike to a beach on the North shore in Son Serra de Marina. It was so beautiful and so warm, I had to pinch myself to remember that it really was still October! There was another road cyclist that I stayed with on the ride back which is always refreshing to be with someone else too. This weekend I went to Palma and spent time with a friend there. I saw parts I had never seen before and spent the days looking and beautiful architecture, eating amazing Indian food and gelato, and enjoying the 80 degree weather. I stayed in a super nice hostel not too far from the train station, and was so happy I chose to go there for the weekend. I really hope to go to Valldemossa this week. I really love the color schemes in Palma (all of the buildings are tones of red, yellow or orange) and it is incredble!
